What our Homeworkers do

Our Homeworking teams manage customer contacts responding to both customers and store queries by telephone. The calls could be about our products, our online services or customer service in our stores.

Our Homeworkers have the flexibility of working full-time or part-time. The full time shifts would either be on a straight shift or on a split shift (ie working a few hours in the morning and then a few hours in the evening.)

Being at the frontline of our business, we’re looking for our Customer Service Managers to be self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent service to our customers.

So if you're someone who loves helping others – where nothing is too much effort and you just love delivering fantastic customer service, you could be part of our winning team!

Where our Homeworkers are based

Our Homeworking concept is a relatively new initiative for Tesco Customer Service Centre Operations. You will be required to deal with calls from our stores and customers, but all done within the comfort of your own home. To ensure that we support our staff, we’re looking to recruit candidates who live within one hour’s travelling distance from Dundee.
